5. Application information

(1) Surface Preparations

- The surface must be clean, dry and in good condition.

- Remove oil, dust, and other foreign materials to achieve good Adhesion.

- Poured concrete

o The surface to be laid must be flat and roughened and cured for 28 days.

o Remove laitance preferably by using Blast machine with vacuum sucking off the dust.

o Oil and paint on the surface shall be removed using Acid wash followed by detergent and wash water Rinse thoroughly and allow to dry prior to coating.

o surface irregularities must be ground down or filled out with Epoxy putty.

- Iron and Steel

o Remove oil and Grease from the surface using solvent.

For better performance blast clean all surface.

(2) Mixing Instructions

- Stir individual components thoroughly before mixing them together. then The full contents of component B(Hardener) to The contents of component A(Base) and Mix thoroughly with Electric power Mixer(1000rpm. 500W) for 2∼3 mins untill The mixture becomes homogeneous.

(3) Application Equipment

- Rake, Trowel, screed.

(5) Thinning

- Not Required [If necessary use Epoclean Thinner within Max.3%(vol)]

(6) Clean UP

- Clean Tools and Application Equipment With Epoclean Thinner
