This paint is produced by using an acrylic synthetic resin as a binder, mixed with white, yellow pigment and extender. It is a dispersed paint which is heated to 40 ~ 50 ℃ when it is painted. - Surface preparing : Remove the moisture, dirt, oil etc from the surface of the road. - Painting condition : To avoid condensation of moisture, the surface temperature should be 3 ℃ above the dew point and the relative humidity below 85%. - Application : Spray (Requires dedicated equipment) - Thinner : non thinning - Temperature : Use at atmospheric temperature 5 ℃ ~ 40 ℃. ( ※ Operation below 5 ℃ will causes poor drying and poor adhesion. ) - Vehicle pass available time : min. 20 / 20 ~ 25℃ (Recommended film thickness dry. 200㎛) |
6. Cautions on painting |
- Avoid painting when the relative humidity is above 85% and the substrate surface temperature is below 5℃. ( Occur of problem (crack, poor adhesion etc.) ) - Use after confirming the compatibility with the old film on repairing the old film. - Do not mix with other company products. - Isolate from fire because the rate of evaporation is fast. - Remove the moisture, dirt, oil etc from the surface of the road. - Stir to be mixed uniformly before application. - If diluent is used, dilute to within 10% by using specified diluent. - It is necessary to coat with the specified coating amount. In case of excessive coating at one time, the problem of drying failure may occur. - If the coating surface is new concrete, apply it when the curing time is sufficient (curing for more than 30 days at 20 ℃), the pH is 7 ~ 9 and the water content is less than 8%. - In case of repetitive painting, it should be painted after confirming that it is sufficiently dried. (Lifting, wrinkling, reverling, etc. may ocuur) - Use at atmospheric temperature 5 ℃ ~ 40 ℃. To avoid condensation of moisture, the surface temperature should be 3 ℃ above the dew point and the relative humidity below 85%. |
7. Cautions on handling |
- Prohibition of use other than the recommended use. - Keep out of reach of children. Do not apply to children's equipment and food storage containers. - When transporting, storing and handling the product, avoid fire and direct sunlight, store it in a dry and dark, keep the container sealed, and keep the filling port facing up. - To prevent environmental pollution, completely use the contents and dispose of the remaining amount through the designated waste disposal company. - Contains organic solvents and may cause headaches, dizziness, and other health problems. Avoid ingestion, inhalation of vapors, and skin contact. - Do not store or paint near fire. Avoid sparks due to impact, friction, etc. during handling. - In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek doctor. - If inhaled, move to a place with clear air. If irritation develops, consult a doctor immediately. - If ingested, seek medical advice immediately. - Use the product in efficacy period.
